my work self is eating up my life me

All sorts of crazy stressful things have consumed my life lately and I've essentially turned into a crazy person. The other day my friend asked me how I'm doing and I told her I'd recently eaten an entire stack of saltines for dinner and that I've developed an intense fear of both paper cuts and liver spots.
